Welcome to the Thrift X curated community. Our model is built on trust, quality, and a shared passion for circular fashion. Please review our seller guidelines before booking your rack.
01 / THE BOOKING & RENTALS
All rack rentals are booked for a fixed monthly period. Your booking is confirmed only once the flat rental fee has been paid in full. Rental fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future month if notified at least 14 days prior to your start date.
02 / CURATION & QUALITY
Thrift X is a curated boutique. We accept premium pre-loved clothing, footwear, and accessories. All items must be in excellent condition, freshly laundered, and free from damage, stains, or odours. We reserve the right to remove items that do not meet our aesthetic or quality standards.
03 / IN-STORE SALES ONLY
IMPORTANT: Thrift X operates exclusively as a physical boutique. Garments are not listed online. Payouts are processed at the end of your rental period, minus our flat 20% store commission. Sellers are responsible for setting their own prices and tagging items using our provided system.
04 / DROP-OFF & COLLECTION
Arrival and collection take place on your designated dates. Unsold items must be collected within 48 hours of your rental end time. Any items left beyond this window will incur a storage fee or be donated to our partner charities at our discretion.
