User Agreement
Seller Responsibilities
- Ensure all items are clean, authentic, and in good sellable condition.
- Provide accurate descriptions and sizes for all logged inventory.
- Follow guidance from our Sunbury staff on layout and store presentation.
Pricing & Sales
- Sellers retain full control over item pricing levels.
- Our staff may provide recommendations based on boutique trends.
- Communicate any desired discounts or markdowns during your term.
Collection Terms
- Unsold items must be collected within 48 hours of your term ending.
- Items not collected by the deadline may be forfeited or donated.
- Contact our Sunbury team if you need to arrange a collection extension.
DATA PROTECTION
Privacy Policy
We keep things simple at Thrift X. We collect basic contact details—like your name, email, and phone number—purely to manage your rack bookings, process your sales payments, and stay in touch about your items.
Your data is kept secure in our system and we promise never to sell it to third parties. We treat your personal information with the same care we give to the curated fashion in our Sunbury store.

UNSOLD ITEMS
Please make sure to collect any unsold items within 24 hours of your rental term finishing up. We want to keep the racks fresh for the next seller! Any items left behind after 7 days will be considered forfeited and Thrift X reserves the right to donate them to local Sunbury charities. It’s the seller’s responsibility to keep track of their booking dates.
DAMAGE & THEFT
While we take reasonable care to keep our Sunbury boutique secure—including staff presence during trade—Thrift X is not liable for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on our premises. Sellers use our rent-a-rack service at their own risk, and we recommend individual insurance for any high-value fashion pieces.
LEGAL RIGHTS
Fair’s fair—nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect business needs or legal shifts, but we’ll always keep it simple and pre-loved friendly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
