What happens if my items don’t sell?
At the end of your rental period, simply collect any items that haven’t found a new home. You can also choose to donate them to our local charity partners. Check our full Terms & Conditions for collection timeframes.
How do payouts work and when do I get paid?
Earnings are calculated after your rack hire period ends. Once processed, payouts are transferred directly to your nominated bank account. We aim to process all payouts within 7-14 business days.
What items and brands sell best?
High-quality, on-trend pieces from well-known brands and unique vintage finds perform best. Items should be in good condition, seasonally relevant, and priced reasonably for the Sunbury market.
Do you accept all clothing?
We focus on curated, clean, and wearable fashion. We don't accept items with significant damage, stains, or hygiene concerns. Check our 'Sell' page for a detailed list of what we love to stock.
Can I extend my rack hire?
Extensions are subject to availability. Since our rack spaces are limited and often book out in advance, we recommend checking with our team mid-way through your hire period if you'd like to stay longer.
What happens if something is damaged or stolen?
